We had a great stay at this home on our family vacation. The location was perfect for a 15 minute walk to North Beach, the lighthouse, and the Marine Science Center, and an even shorter walk to Jaycee Park. It's a quick drive to the pier and the South Beach restaurants, as well. Michael was a awesome host, and we look forward to staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s house. Very comfortable for our family of 6 ( 4 young adults). Everything was just as described/ pictured. Michael was super responsive from the booking, to the visit , to check out. The first evening I texted to say I could not find the wine glasses. Michael immediately ordered some and they arrived in 2 hours. Wow! I would highly recommend this property and owner/ manager!!

You are truly in the heart of surf city here. Beautiful and very clean/ modern place. My elderly dad needed an elevator and this place was perfect. Being a fisherman this place is great being close to multiple public fishing spots/ launches. I will definitely book again! Great people!

We truly could not have asked for a better place to call home for a few weeks! We stayed here while renovations were being completed on our own home, and it ended up feeling like such a treat rather than a temporary stay. The home is absolutely gorgeous — beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, and even better than the photos. The living room was the perfect place for our family to relax, and the views of the Intracoastal Waterway are truly breathtaking. We never got tired of looking at them! The host was wonderful — extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Everything about the home was thoughtfully done and made our extended stay so easy and comfortable. We are so grateful we found this beautiful home during what could have been a stressful few weeks. It was the perfect home away from home for our family, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Five stars all around!

After years of renting different homes in Topsail this is the most convenient, modern and clean, and beautiful one YET! The pictures really do not convey how spacious and clean it truly is. The views of the sound are stunning and the large porch is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. As for convenience- it takes maybe 1-2 minutes to walk across the street to get breakfast in the morning and ice cream for dessert. And the walk to the beach access point is just as short. I will definitely return again as soon as possible!

Great place. We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The downstairs area was nice and spacious for family gathering. Bedrooms upstairs were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone staying around Savannah.

Great location a block from a pretty pier and the beach. The house was clean, the kitchen had the basics we needed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fantastic. We had a small issue that the host was super responsive and communicative about, solving as quickly as possible, and overall, it was a great stay.

We booked this place last minute as we were in town for work and it did not disappoint. The place was very clean and a block from the beach. It was very enjoyable to get back from work and hop in the pool as well, 10/10 would book again.
